We offer forums for CEOs, executives, and nonprofit executive directors – each a peer group of 8–10 women from non-competing organizations who meet regularly in confidential, professionally-led half-day sessions.

These forums serve as an informal advisory board, providing a safe, confidential space to explore challenges and strengthen leadership skills. Members are carefully matched to groups that fit their background and needs, ensuring each session is both relevant and professionally facilitated.

The Florida Chapter of The Women’s Edge is closed effective January 2026. We thank the Florida team for their efforts and commitment to advancing all women leaders in the Florida marketplace.
